1. Acceptance

By using the Artistic League website (the “Service”), including joining the waitlist, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms are a contract between you and MAGOWIE SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ (“we”, “us”), with its registered office at:

2. What Artistic League is

Artistic League is a talent league in pre-launch. At this stage the Service lets you:

join the waitlist by giving an email and confirming it,
create an account after activation,
read about the future Golden Rating, League, and Early Ticket.

This is not a store, an agency, or a paid-product offer. Golden Rating and League ranking will come later — these Terms cover the waitlist and account, not the full ranking product.

3. Who may use the Service

To create an account you must be 18 or older and able to enter a contract. By signing up you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Account and waitlist

You must give a real email address. We send a message with a code and a link. The account is created only after you confirm the email. Until then you are not an active account holder.

4.2 One account

One email means one account. If the address is already taken, sign in instead of creating a new account.

4.3 Security

Do not share the activation code or link. If someone used your email without permission, write to waitlist@artisticleague.org.

4.4 Deletion

You may ask us to delete the account and waitlist email at waitlist@artisticleague.org. We may also remove a sign-up that breaks these Terms (spam, fraud, attacks on the service).

5. Early Ticket and status

Waitlist sign-up, Early Ticket, and status badges:

are not a share, equity, or a token,
do not give profit rights, company ownership, or a corporate vote,
do not guarantee a League place after rating launches.

They are queue and communication tools, not financial instruments.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to:

give a real email,
not use the Service for spam, phishing, bulk automated sign-up, or attacks,
not bypass security or harm the infrastructure,
not impersonate others.

We may refuse a sign-up or delete an account that breaks these rules.

7. No launch-date promise

We will tell waitlisted users when rating opens. We do not guarantee a launch date, feature set, or admission to the League. The waitlist Service is provided “as is”.

8. Intellectual property

The Artistic League name, logo, landing copy, and layout belong to us or our licensors. You may browse the Service for your own use. You may not copy the brand, content, or code for commercial use without permission.

Work you later upload (portfolio, recordings) stays yours — we will describe publication rules when that feature ships.

9. Privacy

How we process data is described in the Privacy Policy. Joining the waitlist requires accepting the policy and these Terms. Marketing is optional.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law we are not liable for:

the League not launching on a particular date,
loss of a “place in line” as a business expectation,
outages, force majeure, or mail-provider failures.

This does not limit rights that cannot be waived for consumers (including statutory guarantees where they apply — we do not sell goods on the waitlist).

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Polish law. Courts are determined by the Polish Code of Civil Procedure (including consumer venue rules).

If you are an EU consumer, you also keep consumer-protection rights of your country. You may use the ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms when the Service changes (for example when rating launches). The current version is always on this page. The date at the top is the version. Continued use after publication means acceptance, unless the law requires a fresh consent.
